O’Brien takes on RA role with service in mind

They go unnoticed and unappreciated. These dedicated students are the ones that let you into your room when you forget your key or help you resolve a roommate issue. Sophie Hobbs interviewed first-year resident advisor Jena O’Brien from Toledo, Ohio. She’s a sophomore majoring in public relations, and this is her story.
