Conrad Weaver, a Maryland based filmmaker and producer, spoke about his new film Heroin’s Grip at Bluffton University’s Forum on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Weaver shares what he has learned about the nation’s Opioid Crisis while making the documentary.
Sean Nicholson, the executive producer for the film, also spoke about his experiences as a recovering addict. Nicholson helped Weaver with his connections in the recovery community and ensuring it was being adequately portrayed within the film.
