On Jan. 19, the true identities of J. Denny and Jenny Beaver for the 2018-2019 school year were revealed during halftime of the men’s basketball game against the Transylvania Pioneers.
This year, the mascots were seniors Jena O’Brien and Cara Echols, junior Takayla Gadberry and sophomore Amryn Dover. The fifth mascot, one of the Jenny Beavers, will not be revealed until next year.
Mascot applications are now being accepted until noon Jan. 28. The application is available at www.bluffton.edu/about/mascot-application.aspx.
