Cheesy Turkey Sliders
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Total Time: 40-45 minutes
Ingredients
1 12oz package of thin-sliced turkey
1 24 pack of Hawaiian rolls
1 bag of sliced Havarti cheese
Spoonful of softened salted butter
4-5 spoonfuls of Dijon mustard
4 spoonfuls of brown sugar
4 spoonfuls of Worcestershire sauce
2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise
Materials
Flat rectangular baking sheet
Cooking spray
Oven
Spoon
Knife
A small bowl for mixing
Directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Take Hawaiian rolls out of the packaging and cut them in half using the knife so there is a top and bottom bun, try to keep them all connected, you don’t want them individually for cooking.
Place the bottom half on the pan and set the top half beside. Take the spoonful of softened butter and spread it around the bottom bun piece and also on the inside of the top bun piece.
Then in the small bowl, combine the dijon mustard, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and mayonnaise. Once they are combined, using the spoon, spread them over the butter on the bread pieces.
Take the thinly sliced pieces of turkey and the Havarti slices and evenly lay them out on the bottom piece of Hawaiian rolls. Try to layer them so it goes turkey slices, cheese, turkey, until all of the cheese and turkey is used. Once this is finished, place the top bun piece on top of the layers so that it now creates the sandwich look.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the bread is a dark golden brown and the cheese and sauce appears to be oozing, this is when you will know if it is cooked. Remove from the oven when finished and enjoy.
