Cook Time: 30 min

Total Time: 1 hour

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients

4 mini tortilla soft shells

4 spoonfuls of BBQ sauce

4 spoonfuls of Ranch dressing

1 32 oz package of shredded cheese blend

3-4 cooked chicken tenders

1 32 fl oz jar of banana peppers

Materials

Cooking spray

Pizza pan

Oven

Hot pads

Spoon

Knife

Microwavable plate

Recipe

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a pizza pan with cooking spray.

Place the four mini tortilla soft shells on the pan so they do not overlap.

Pour 1 spoonful each of ranch dressing and BBQ sauce on each tortilla shell, and using the spoon, mix the sauces around so they cover the whole tortilla.

On a microwavable plate, place three to four chicken tenders in the microwave for about 3 minutes or until they are cooked.

Then using a knife, cut the chicken tenders into small pieces then place them evenly on the tortillas.

Scoop out the banana peppers from the jar. Put them on top of the chicken and around the tortilla. I used the entire jar of banana peppers.

Lastly, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top evenly. I also used the entire bag of shredded cheese but if you don’t want it that cheesy, you can use less.

Place the pizzas in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the sauce and cheese is bubbly and toasted.

Once the pizzas are done, they can be removed from the oven with hot pads and placed on a hot pad or a thick towel to avoid burning the counter surface.

Serve as a pizza or I even folded it like a taco.
